Despite the fact Binder App (hereinafter – the “App”) is created to collect data mostly about your skills with no real names and pictures of your face, nevertheless, due to your share with us and other users of the e-mail or any other contact you’ve typed into the contact field, disclosure of your location for match and your provision of mobile phone to us, it’s vital that you are aware what is going on with all that data. That is why we ask you to read this document carefully.
The Binder App, our website, and our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. No one under the age of 18 may provide any personal information to us through the App, our website (if applicable), or our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any personal information If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of 18, we will delete it. If you believe we might have any personal information from or about someone under the age of 18, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org with the title “Underage user”.
1. What data we collect
1.1. Registration Information
When you download the App and create an account (“Account”), we may collect certain information (“Registration Information”) about you, such as:
• Email address;
• Mobile number;
• Login information and friend lists for social media accounts that you connect to your Binder Account (this could include, for example, your Facebook account or any other that may be connected, jointly - social media accounts).
Once you register you control your user profile and may correct or update (other than your mobile number and location (which is automatically updated) your information at any time by just logging in.
The information we collect helps to enhance the App and verify our users. Registration Information such as nickname and the contact you insert specifically for the purpose to be bind by are visible to the public on your profile page.
1.2. Additional Information
In the event you write an e-mail to our Customer Support team, we will receive your email address, and may track your IP address as well as the information you send to us to help resolve your query. We recommend and encourage you (and all our members) to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourself. We require users to verify their accounts and might ask for your phone number as we also want to avoid fake accounts. We may use a third party provider for account verification who will keep your phone number for up to 90 days for fraud identification purposes. We collect and use your phone number on the basis of our legitimate interests and for the prevention of fraud.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details are kept up to date. If your phone number changes, please ensure that you update this in your account.
In the event you opt-out of targeted advertising you will still see adverts though they will be less relevant to you. Through your device’s security settings you also have the option to prevent or limit device identifiers being shared with third party advertisers and what use is made of the device identifiers.
We want to keep in touch with you to have opportunity to inform about promotions and offers we have available. You can withdraw your consent at any by the request to our support team.
1.3. California users notice.
For users who are California residents, the data we may collect falls within the following categories of “personal information,” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We list hereby only applicable to our App and Service types of data:
1. Identifiers, such as location;
2. Personal information, as defined in the California customer records law, such as contact (including email and telephone number) and financial information;
3. Commercial information, such as transaction information and purchase history;
4. Internet or network activity information, such as browsing history and interactions with our websites and apps;
5. Geolocation data, such as mobile device location;
6. Professional or employment-related information, such as work history and prior employer (in case you insert such information when App asks to “Tell us more”);
7. Inferences drawn from any of the personal information listed above to create a profile or summary about, for example, an individual’s preferences and characteristics.

1.3.1. You have the following rights under the CCPA:
i) Right to know about Personal Information collected, disclosed or sold (California residents have the right to request that we disclose what categories of Personal Information that we collect, use, disclose or sell about you. You may also request the specific pieces of Personal Information that we have collected about you).
ii) Right to request deletion of your Personal Information (You may also request that we delete any personal data (data/personal information) that we have collected from you, provided that we may retain it as authorized under the CCPA, including, but not limited to, retaining data necessary to provide our Services, detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, debug to identify and repair errors, to enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on the your relationship with us, comply with a legal obligation or otherwise use your personal data internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which your provided it.
1.3.2. In case you request your data, you’ll receive an answer from us from this e-mail email@example.com. We will process and respond to your request within 45 days (in some cases, as is allowed under the CCPA, this process may be extended by an additional 45-90 days). Please note that once you have submitted a request, we will answer, acknowledging your request, within 10 days. If, for some reason, you do not receive such a receipt within 10 days of your submitted request, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as an error may have occurred. Please note, that regarding requests under the heading “Right to know about Personal Information collected, disclosed or sold” above, you may only make two such requests in a 12-month period, and the information provided need only cover the 12-month period prior to your request. 2. What Personal Information Do We Collect?
2.1. Information You Voluntarily Provide. We collect personal information from you when you voluntarily provide it to us through registration, or when you use of any of the features available on the App, or when you visit our website binder.by. This may include year or date of birth (if necessary by legislation), email address, location, skills that you insert for better match, email notification settings, push notification settings, online status, blocked users, reason for deactivation (if applicable), and phone number.
If you contact our support team or the support or feedback options located in the App (if applicable), we collect your email address and the content of the email that you send to us.
While you may voluntarily provide us with sensitive information about yourself such as your ethnicity, personal interests, religion or other sensitive information there is no requirement to do so. Photos and videos that you post may also reveal more detailed information about yourself or your location. You should be cautious and review any photos or videos you choose to post. Where you choose to post sensitive personal information about yourself the information you share is at your own risk.
2.2. Information We Automatically Collect. When you use our App, we automatically collect and store certain information about your mobile device, location, and your activities within the App. This information includes type of device (model and manufacturer), operating system and version number, app version number, device ID, advertising ID (e.g., Android Advertising Identifier or Advertising Identifier for iOS), IP address, country you are logging from browser type, network type (WiFi or cellular), mobile service provider, internet service provider (ISP), time zone, language, and the date and time you accessed our services.
Your Facebook access token and/or Facebook user ID (if you registered or connected to your Facebook account), may also be included.
We also collect data with regards to your actions within the App. This data may include the date, time, and location you opened the App, any changes made to your profile or account settings, and the date and time you deactivated your account.
2.5. Purposes and types of data we use. Chasing the goal of providing you with constantly improving Service in the App we may use data about you to :
• offer you our services and features;
• contact you with information about the App (e.g., updates and new offerings);
• conduct research and analytics about how you use and interact with the App;
• investigate fraud, protect our legal rights, and to enforce our Teems of Use

By using the App, you acknowledge that we intend to go and are operating through servers located in a number of countries around the world, including the United States.
4. Log and Usage Data
Please be aware that we keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable law.
Even after the request upon account is completed, some information we still keep using as:
a) we must keep it to comply with applicable law;
c) there is an outstanding issue, claim or dispute requiring us to keep the relevant information until it is resolved;
d) he information must be kept for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing users' safety and security. For example, information may need to be kept to prevent a user who was banned for unsafe behaviour or security incidents from opening a new account.
In the event we use machine learning, for example, to help us detect and prevent fraudulent card transactions, and to detect and prevent spam communications on the App (as explained above), we may need to keep personal information for a longer period than the retention periods explained above, to enable the machine learning to work properly. Please be aware, that we use minimum data and use it in proper purpose.
5. Control on the Account
Please be aware, that despite all the secure measures there is a risk of unauthorized access, hacking, data loss that becomes higher if you do not care about your social media platform passwords: a) don't share your social media password with anyone else, b) change your social media password periodically, c) in case you think someone has had access to your social media password, please report it to the social media platform and change your password immediately, d) do not disclose your validation code we send you to validate you mobile phone number.
As for your phone number, please be aware, that in the event you change you number, you have to either change it in the Account or delete an Account.
WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY BREACHES OF SECURITY, DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, OR ANY LOSS OR UNAUTHORISED USE OF YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION OR OTHER DATA.
You may either change info in your Account or delete it. When your Account is deactivated, we take reasonable efforts to make sure it is no longer viewable on the App. For up to 30 days it is still possible to restore your Account if it was accidentally or wrongfully deactivated. After 30 days, we begin the process of deleting your Account from our systems. To prevent abuse and/or misuse in case the Account is deleted by us, we retain information we need to be sure that there is no reopening of the Account with the same data. Removed and deleted information may persist in backup copies for up to 30 days to enable restoration, but will not be available to others in the meantime.
